**ob Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. As a Sales Telecaller, they will play a crucial role in generating leads, contacting potential clients, and converting them into customers. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the benefits of our mini truck rental services and secure contracts or bookings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries to pitch our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their transportation needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Explain the features and benefits of our services to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in Hindi.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
