**JOB TITLE**:Lifting Supervisor (OPITO Rigger Stage 3) [2 Months Contract]
**NO OF POSITIONS**:1
**NATIONALITY**: Indian. Limited by Visa quota.
**AGE LIMIT**:Below 45
**ABOUT COMPANY**: Large Oil & Gas company in Oman.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**:More than of 2 years of experience working in lifting operations with high pay load cranes.
**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS**:Should have a good command of English.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Main Role**
- Performing lifting operations with high pay load cranes.
- Perform day to day lifting activities on site.
- Complete job-related risk assessments prior to the start of tasks.
- Ensure that all tools, materials and equipment are maintained and kept in good condition.
- Participate in the execution of shutdown tasks.
- Undertake daily communication and coordination with offshore functions pertaining to key business matters within area of work.
- Proactively take responsibility for self-progression by keeping abreast with latest developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
**SKILLS TESTING**:English language to a level that satisfies the standards of the Safety English Test (SET) - to be completed before initial mobilisation. Trade/Skills tests to be completed in Kochi, prior to offer being issued.
**FINANCIAL PACKAGE**:80 USD a day. Short-term project (2 months)
**MOBILISATION**:1st week of May 2023
