A UPS Store In-charge cum Supervisor plays a key role in managing the daily operations of a UPS Store location, overseeing staff, and ensuring efficient and reliable package and mail services for customers.

**Job Summary**:
As the Incharge cum Supervisor of our UPS Store, you will be responsible for the daily operations, customer service, and team management at the store location. You will ensure that packages and mail are handled efficiently, provide exceptional service to customers, and maintain a well-organized and professional store environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Store Operations**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the UPS Store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including security protocols.
2. **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
3. **Team Supervision**:
- Supervise and support store staff, including training, coaching, and managing performance.
- Create staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage.
4. **Package Handling**:
- Oversee the proper receipt, processing, and tracking of packages and mail.
- Ensure packages are sorted, stored, and delivered accurately and on time.
5. **Shipping Services**:
- Assist customers with shipping needs, including packaging, labeling, and shipping options.
- Explain UPS services, rates, and shipping requirements.
6. **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and manage store inventory, including shipping supplies and retail products.
- Place orders for supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
7. **Sales and Promotions**:
- Promote UPS services and products, including printing, shipping, and mailbox services.
- Execute marketing and sales initiatives to drive store revenue.
8. **Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with UPS store policies, security procedures, and industry regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
9. **Safety and Maintenance**:
- Uphold safety standards within the store, including safety procedures for equipment and materials.
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness.
10. **Reports and Records**:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory status.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally in a retail or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of UPS services, shipping procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic computer skills for operating store systems and generating reports.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Familiarity with UPS store operations, procedures, and equipment.
- Knowledge of retail and inventory management.
- Certification in shipping and packing services (if applicable).
**Working Conditions**:
- The role involves standing, lifting, and handling packages.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, as store hours may vary.
