**About the role**:
The chief business officer position requires experienced and proactive divisional leadership which drives performance and growth in line with the Company’s values, commercial planning, budgets, and forecasts - ensuring targets are met and, where possible, exceeded. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company

The CBO reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overall revenue generation across BU’s, acquisition of new accounts, and mining of existing accounts.
- Key accounts management, conglomerates penetration and relationship building.
- Conceptualization and scale up of new products, client fulfilment NPS of I&C and vertical products, right mix of growth across BU’s.
- Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
- Kickstarting new business units and scale up, profitability across business units, overall topline growth of overall span of business and business units, marketing, and brand building.
- Jointly working with the senior management to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for 1Lattice - to meet its vision and goals.
- Nurturing the right partnerships and building an ecosystem that enables greater visibility in the market and a high-velocity lead flow.
- Building and nurturing deep relationships with CXO’s in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Setting a strong focus on budgets, targets, and its achievements while extracting the highest level of efficiency and productivity from the sales team.
- Target setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and guiding the team down the line (both existing and new).
- Identifying areas of improvement in teams and processes and taking necessary initiatives to bridge these gaps for delivery to long-term strategy.
- Understanding and improvising the risk framework of the business and monitoring the key risk indices actively to mitigate the same.
- Influencing the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in executive leadership roles, minimum 20 years of experience in sales.
- Leadership with a wide perspective - right from strategy to operations.
- Result orientation and proven execution capability.
- Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line team.
- Ability to take the team along and provide them encouragement, direction, and course correction inputs at all times.
- Ability to understand client's needs and developing trusted relationships.
- Quick presence of mind to create sales opportunities.
- Understanding of the consulting market and types of offerings.
- Ability to workplan, define scope and approach for assignments.
- Ability to guide and monitor project delivery teams, existing relationships in the domain of interest with senior client prospects.
- Excellent industry and investor network.
- Exemplary communication skills.
