**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements**
**- Conduct virtual product demos, presentations, and consultations**
**- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure long-term satisfaction**
**- Consistently follow up with leads to close sales opportunities**
**- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and conversion statuses.**
**- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts**
**- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs**
**- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide the best customer experience**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online sales or a similar customer-facing role
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in digital tools and comfortable using online platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in online lead conversion
- Background in e-commerce or SaaS sales
- Strong understanding of online marketing and digital sales strategies
