**Job Overview**:
This position involves recruiting and managing a network of Agency Partners
and freelance advisors to drive health insurance sales. The individual will
focus on empowering Agency Partners and insurance advisors through
training, performance monitoring, and achieving business targets. This role
also includes sales execution, distributor engagement, and ensuring
customer satisfaction by maintaining renewals and achieving overall team
profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Sales Execution**
Ensure that the Agency Partners and advisors achieve business targets set for them.
Obtain and analyze market information to identify new clients, make direct pitches, and liaise with partners to increase sales.
Maintain retention and renewals for the policies procured by the team of advisors to achieve overall team profitability.
Profile distributors and cater to their requirements to ensure ongoing business growth.
**Insurance Advisor Distributor Empanelment & Engagement**
Recruit quality prospective Agency Partners and ensure they onboard insurance advisors with proper licensing to meet sales targets.
Provide on-the-job training and manage the performance of Agency Partners and advisors to help them achieve their goals.
Conduct regular meetings to onboard, engage, and activate advisors.
Update the sales portal with accurate information to streamline data collation and analysis.
**Sales Closure and Customer Support**
Continuously follow up with prospects to ensure successful sales closure.
Provide ongoing support and training to Agency Partners and advisors to enhance their performance and improve customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
Minimum graduation from a recognized institution (full-time course only).
Preferred 1 - 3 years of sales experience in BFSI with a focus on health, life & general insurance.
**Field Requirements**
Willingness to perform field sales with a customer-focused approach.
**Additional Perks**:
