We are hiring for Probation officer/Superintendent/ Warden
- **Supervision and Care**: You would be responsible for supervising the children and ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional support. This may involve providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and addressing any issues that arise.
- **Staff Management**: You would oversee a team of staff members who work directly with the children, such as counselors, social workers, and support staff. Your role would involve hiring, training, and supervising these staff members to ensure they provide high-quality care to the children.
- **Programming and Activities**: You would be responsible for planning and coordinating activities, programs, and services that meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of the children. This may include educational activities, recreational outings, therapy sessions, and life skills training.
- **Case Management**: You would work closely with social workers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, addressing their unique needs and circumstances. This may involve coordinating services, monitoring progress, and advocating for the children's best interests.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensuring the children's safety and security is paramount. You would be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the children's home, implementing safety protocols, and responding to emergencies as needed.
- **Administration and Compliance**: You would oversee the administrative functions of the children's home, such as budget management, record-keeping, and compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.
- **Family and Community Engagement**: You would facilitate communication and collaboration between the children, their families, and the community. This may involve arranging visits, providing support to families, and fostering positive relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- **Advocacy**: As a superintendent, you may also advocate for the rights and needs of the children in your care, both within the organization and in the broader community. This may involve participating in advocacy efforts, raising awareness about issues affecting children, and promoting policies that support their well-being.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
