**Case Management**: Manage a caseload of juvenile offenders or at-risk youth who have been placed in the children's home either as an alternative to detention or as part of their rehabilitation process.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Conduct comprehensive assessments of each juvenile's background, history, risk factors, and needs to develop individualized treatment and supervision plans.
- **Supervision and Monitoring**: Monitor the behavior and progress of juveniles in the children's home, including compliance with court orders, participation in programs, and adherence to house rules and expectations.
- **Counseling and Support**: Provide guidance, counseling, and support to juveniles to address underlying issues such as delinquency, substance abuse, family conflict, trauma, mental health disorders, or lack of educational or vocational opportunities.
- **Rehabilitation Planning**: Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, educators, social workers, and community service providers, to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that address the needs and goals of each juvenile.
- **Community Engagement**: Facilitate connections between juveniles and community resources, services, and opportunities that can support their rehabilitation and successful reintegration into society, including educational programs, job training, mentoring, and recreational activities.
- **Family Involvement**: Involve families in the rehabilitation process by providing support, education, and resources to help them address family dynamics, communication issues, and parenting challenges.
- **Court Liaison**: Serve as a liaison between the children's home, the court, and other criminal justice stakeholders, attending court hearings, providing reports and recommendations to judges, and advocating for the best interests of the juveniles.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Respond to crises or emergencies involving juveniles, such as conflicts with peers, mental health crises, suicidal ideation, or substance abuse relapses, and coordinate appropriate interventions and referrals.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with juveniles, including assessments, case notes, progress reports, and court documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed about best practices, evidence-based interventions, and legal requirements related to juvenile probation and rehabilitation, and participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- **Advocacy and Prevention**: Advocate for the rights and needs of juvenile offenders and at-risk youth within the juvenile justice system and the broader community, and participate in prevention efforts aimed at addressing the root causes of juvenile delinquency and promoting positive youth development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
