- Preparation of account reconciliations in accordance with Wells Fargo General Ledger Account Reconciliation Certification Policy.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Reconciliation & Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- BCom, MBA

**Job Expectations**:

- 1) Deliver for our clients - SLA metric performance on TAT, Quality and productivity (Adherence to targets - Productivity = 98%; Quality = 100%; TAT = 100%, Utilization = 80%) Targets as per defined in 2024 SLA for each process.
- Have a 'Do-it-right-the-first time' attitude
- Adherence to Internal and external Audit requirements
- Raise & escalate issues immediately on detection
- Be accountable for all actions and take ownership of decisions
- Core Utilization to be at a minimum of 80%
- Ensure time tracking is updated and submitted as per agreed timeline
- All operational process issues should be identified timely and escalated to manager
- No Near Miss/Op loss opportunities/adverse customer impact; document the process and control improvements made (Measured by appropriate evaluation of Ops Risk / Audit findings)

2) Establish meaningful metrics and timely publication for review. The quality and content of I &P metrics to be consistent with the metrics published by the teams in the US. Accurate reporting with appropriate commentary and clear path to 'green' where required.3) Meet defined production targets/service levels, following all documented policies and procedures (target 100%)
- Demonstrate flexibility towards business requirements (month-end/quarter-end volume spike, etc.)
- Finish all assigned tasks within agreed SLA -Ops Accounting - All daily/monthly activities/monthly certification is completed as per the agreed TAT 4) Focus on continuous improvement by understanding internal and external customer needs and expectations.
- Institute rigor around metric-focused reviews to drive process improvements (may include ORIR, errors, customer complaints, surveys, etc).

5) Drive process improvement projects and identify opportunities for improvement to meet the 2024 cost efficiency target6) Identify and champion efficiency opportunities such as workflow automation, etc.7) Identify opportunities and enable reduction in open items by working with LOB and partners.8) Develop a customer service mindset where solutions/alternatives are offered to challenges/issues.9) Target Nil Data Loss Incidents. Adherence to Internal and External audit requirements.10) Participate in all assigned projects to minimize customer impact and drive change within established timelines.
