The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the office or department. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, organizational responsibilities, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant contributes to maintaining a productive and efficient work environment by handling various clerical and administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and general organization of the workspace.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.

**Communication**:Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide information and respond to inquiries from employees, clients, and vendors.
Assist in drafting internal and external communications.

**Travel and Logistics**:Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare itineraries and travel expense reports for employees.

**Calendar Management**:Manage calendars for executives or teams, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all participants are informed and prepared.

**Event Coordination**:Assist in organizing company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.

**Financial Support**:Assist with expense tracking, reimbursement processing, and budget monitoring.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping.

**Project Assistance**:Support various projects by gathering and organizing information, coordinating activities, and tracking progress.

**Qualifications**:.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
