**Job Overview**:
As a Solar Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting the administrative functions within a solar energy company or department. You will be responsible for various tasks related to customer relations, documentation, and general office operations. This position requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on project status, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project contracts, permits, invoices, and customer communications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Enter project-related data into company databases or project management software. Generate reports as needed to track project progress, expenses, and performance metrics.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other vendors to procure materials and services required for solar installations. Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate deliveries.
- **Office Administration**: Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ordering office supplies. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices to customers for completed projects or services rendered. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
