Teaching Faculty - Arena Animation Malad

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting Lectures and Workshops: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and workshops to students on animation and multimedia topics using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Animate CC.

2. Course Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and update the course content to meet industry standards and ensure relevance in the ever-evolving animation industry.

3. Practical Training: Provide hands-on training and guidance to students during lab sessions and practical exercises, encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

4. Student Assessment: Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, projects, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

5. Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in animation and multimedia, sharing industry insights with students to enhance their skillsets.

6. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom while fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students.

7. Counseling and Mentoring: Offer career guidance and mentorship to students, helping them identify their strengths and interests within the animation domain.

8. Participation in Events: Engage in workshops, seminars, and events conducted by Arena Animation Malad, contributing to the institution's growth and reputation.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: A degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience and expertise in softwares are equally valued.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teaching Faculty or similar role in the animation or multimedia industry.

3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Animate CC. Knowledge of other animation-related software is an advantage.

4. Passion for Teaching: Strong passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with aspiring animators. Patience and adaptability in explaining complex concepts to students with varying levels of understanding.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to students and fellow team members.

6. Creativity: Demonstrated creative abilities and a keen eye for detail. A portfolio showcasing personal or professional animation projects is a plus.

7. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the overall team dynamic.

8. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 30,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
