**About this opportunity**

Are you an experienced Migration Engineer with a passion for Python and data transformation? Ericsson's Mobile Financial Services unit is looking for a dedicated professional to play a key role in our data migration projects. In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient migration solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

**What you will do**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, product, and compliance teams, to gather requirements and define migration objectives.
- Assess existing systems architecture and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for migration projects.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient migration processes in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead migration projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to facilitate and optimize migration efforts.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members involved in migration projects.
- Conduct post-migration evaluations to ensure systems are operating as expected and to identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of migration processes and architecture designs.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the Fintech space to continuously enhance migration strategies.

**The skills you bring**
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a migration architect or similar role within the Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of Fintech platforms, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in architectural design, systems integration, and data management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
