Job Description.

Define job requiTechnical must-have
- Very strong technical experience with Oracle Fusion products especially around SCM, Order Management; Finance, CPQ.
- Experience with Manhattan WMS integrations would be a plus.
- Very strong technical experience with API, FBDI loads, BIP, BICC, ESS jobs, Configuration e.t.c
- Very strong experience with Fusion-based integrations and integration design patterns.
- Very strong experience with performance monitoring, operational monitoring in Oracle Fusion.
- Must have strong business acumen and should be able to present and build technology solutions taking into consideration the existing business processes and the need to transform them.
- Must be data driven in all aspects of solutioning including performance tuning.

Knowledge and understanding of SDLC best practices including automated code/configuration build and deployment lifecycles as well as code quality and unit tests.

- Ability to trace the flow to the source of the problem and engage appropriate tech folks for resolution

- Enhancements & Upgrade
Maintain KEDB & Workarounds DB for planning
- Manage Performance expectations.
- Patches & Upgrades
- Socialize process across upstream and downstream constituents - SFCC, WMi
- Facilitate test cases to retain transaction integrity
- Continuous Automation
- Projects; Backlog roll-out
- Continuous Improvement to avoid incidents

Day to Day Responsibilities

- Integration Points (Kafka, Kong, MQ, SOA/OSB/BPEL)
- Incident - Performance deterioration
- Incident - Reconciliation issues
- Incident - Bug or Issue reported with standard functionality

- Orders from Salesforce, Demandware MDM
- IBM MQ (integration related data)
- WMI (integration related data)
- BI / SCI Reporting (reporting environment or data not being available/fetched e.g., issues with MFT, Cognos server on AWS etc.)

- Performance Testing after the event
- Service Request - Functionality of SaaS environment
