**Sales Promotion**:

- Actively engage with potential clients, both individuals and groups, to promote our diverse food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu offerings, special packages, and promotional events
- Utilize your knowledge to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.

**Client Relationship management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Identify and target new clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure accurate communication of guest preferences, dietary requirements, and event details.
- Liaise with event planners, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate seamless events and catering services.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up efforts using the designated CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports, analyse trends, and present findings to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging market demands to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Provide input to marketing efforts by sharing insights on client preferences and expectations.

**Qualification**:

- Proven experience in food and beverage sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of clients.**Sales Promotion**:

**Salary**: ₹9,828.86 - ₹25,000.00 per month
