As a Sales Intern for our startup, you will play a vital role in driving sales by visiting various stores and convincing them to carry our products. You will work closely with across the teams to execute sales strategies, build relationships with store owners/managers, and promote our products. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world sales experience and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct store visits to identify potential retail partners and pitch our products.
- Build relationships with store owners/managers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Present product information and highlight features and benefits to persuade stores to carry our products.
- Provide excellent customer service to establish trust and rapport with potential retail partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of store visits, feedback, and outcomes in a sales database.
- Participate in sales meetings and trainings to learn about sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback and insights from store visits to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Assist with sales administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials and maintaining inventory.
- Bill & collect payments from retail partners.
- Help in marketing activities, with ideas & execution.

Qualifications:

- Fresher or Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently present and persuade others.
- Willingness to travel to various stores and work in a dynamic sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Professionalism and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: From ₹7,000.00 per month
