Job Title: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:*
1. Administrative Support: Provide efficient support to office operations like scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls, Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
3. Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into databases and spreadsheets
4.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree Mandatory; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Experience: Fresher / Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills [ English ] Verbal communication skills [ English / Hindi/ Kannada, Tulu ]
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
