**Experience of 3+ years in Accounting, Hr, and Admin.**
- Handling full set accounts
- Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings (GST).
- Establishing and reconciling all companies operating bank accounts.
- Manage timely monthly closing process and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.
**Office Administrator Job Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling, and assigning employees and following up on work results.
**Human Resources**
- In Charge of recruitment
- Update and maintain employee records
- Leave administration and tracking
- To settle site worker’s resignation / termination exit;
- To conduct induction for new staff
**Job Requirements**:
- Must speak, write, and fully understand both English in order to liaise with English and speaking associates. Must speak Kannada fluently.
- A degree in accountancy, finance or economics.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
- Experience in working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources.
- Experience in TALLY is a must.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
