**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial trends and variances to ensure accurate and realistic budget projections.
- Work closely with department heads to understand and incorporate operational plans into financial forecasts.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and business cases to support investment proposals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate financial strategies and projections to potential investors.
- Participate in due diligence processes and provide necessary financial information to facilitate investment decisions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and providing insights to the management team.
- Present financial information to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
- Help in regulatory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
