- Strategize and Execute the promotions calendar - daily/ weekly/ monthly, special events,

spike sales - along with marketing and category teams
- Create navigation events for customer to move from home page to respective category/

promotion/ brand/ product page

Web Merchandising
- Develop and execute plans to showcase the right products across the website/ app
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- “Save the customer time” - own the customer experience by making navigation, discovery

easy
- Identify the parameters customers use to make decisions and ensure catalogue richness

Analytics
- Be the voice of the customer internally - share insights on navigation behavior, product

& service appeal
- Understand needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize
- Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis

to predict customer behavior

Strong understanding of technology and business
- Cross functional collaboration
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
- Highly analytical
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Educational background - Graduation, MBA is preferred
