Search Engine Optimization Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility for Rare Biblio's website.

2. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant target keywords and incorporate them into content optimization efforts.

3. Optimize website content, including product descriptions, category pages, blog posts, and landing pages, to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.

4. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. to identify areas for improvement and track key SEO metrics.

5. Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues, and recommend and implement solutions.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure the website remains optimized and competitive.

7. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations, including on-page optimizations, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking strategies.

8. Identify and execute link-building opportunities to enhance the website's authority and increase organic rankings.

9. Monitor competitor SEO activities and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

10. Provide regular reporting and analysis of SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

11. Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with other marketing initiatives, such as content marketing, social media, and paid search campaigns.

12. Continuously test and optimize SEO tactics to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

3. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and search engine algorithms.

4. Strong analytical skills and experience working with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEM platforms.

5. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS is preferred.

6. Proficient in using SEO software and tools to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

9. Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO.

Other Preferred Skills:
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Knowledge of paid search advertising, including Google Ads (previously known as Google AdWords) and Bing Ads. Skills in creating and optimizing search campaigns, conducting keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting are important.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding the principles and techniques of CRO to improve website conversions. Skills in A/B testing, user experience optimization, landing page optimization, and understanding customer journey mapping can drive better results.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
