A Live Counter Tandoor Chef is responsible for operating the tandoor station which is live to Customers, preparing a variety of dishes using traditional tandoor cooking techniques. Responsible for delivering high-quality, authentic tandoor dishes to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tandoor Cook should be able to handle cash & take orders on live counter**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare a variety of dishes, including breads (naan, roti), kebabs, and other tandoori items, using the traditional tandoor Drum oven.
- **Marination**: Properly marinate meats and other ingredients to infuse flavors and enhance the taste of the final dishes.
- **Tandoor Oven Operation**: Skillfully manage the tandoor oven, adjusting temperature and cooking times as needed to achieve optimal results for different dishes.
- **Station Maintenance**: Keep the tandoor station clean and organized, performing regular maintenance and cleaning of the tandoor oven.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor ingredient inventory for the tandoor station and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capable of standing for extended periods and handling heavy cooking equipment.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a tandoor chef or in similar roles is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 56 per week

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
