**About**:
Torus Robotics Pvt Ltd is a Startup India recognized tech startup working on indigenous electric powertrains for the electric automotive, defence, energy and industrial sectors.

**Job**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an **Office Admin** at Torus Robotics in Chennai.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administration Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, equipment, assets and records.
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipt etc.

**2.** **HR Assistance**:

- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Manage employee records and update HR databases.
- Manage daily attendance data for monthly payroll processing.

**3. Communication**:

- Facilitate communication within the office and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Forward all invoices to the accounts department for timely filing and reconcile ledgers on a regular basis with various vendors.
- Ensure various tasks delegated by the directors are completed on time.
- Support teams in vendor coordination & follow-ups.

**4. Managing Inventory and inward/outward of goods**
- Maintain stock ledger and inventory.
- Record all incoming materials and ensure the goods received are as per the invoice.
- Generate and submit account of all goods received/dispatched or consumed.
- Maintain supply and restock cleaning supplies, packing material and refreshments.

**5. Event Coordination & Facility Management**:

- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation & logistics for meetings & events.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment, including computers, printers, and other relevant technology if necessary.
- Ensure a comfortable and safe working environment for employees, addressing any facility-related issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic HR & Accounts functions is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant discipline is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
