**Position Title : Accounts Assistant**
**Company : Yashamm India Pvt Ltd**
**Job Type : Full Time**
**Location : Lower Parel - Mumbai**
**Responsibilities**
- Facilitating basic accounting entries for payment transactions, including export-import sales, purchases, and freight bills.
- Managing import and export operations, including detailed data recording in Excel sheets.
- Managing documentation related to trademarks and legal affairs.
- Coordinating with wealth management firms.
- Handling all banking documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinating with Custom House Agents (CHAs) for import and export processes.
- Overseeing all utility payments, both for the company and personally.
- Taking responsibility for all business travel arrangements, as well as the Director's personal travel needs.
- Handling the Director's personal files and insurance matters.
- Processing personal payments for the Director as needed.
**Qualifications-**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software - Tally (mandatory)
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills.
