Coordinate sales activities, schedules, and meetings to optimize team productivity.

Client Relationship Management:Assist in maintaining and fostering strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing client concerns promptly.
Support the sales team in negotiations, presentations, and closing deals with potential buyers or investors.

Sales Administration:Assist in maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
Support in managing sales contracts, agreements, and related paperwork.
Coordinate with various departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth sales processes.

Team Support and Training:Help recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
Provide ongoing support to team members, including mentoring and coaching to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to conduct performance evaluations and goal-setting for the team.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:Assist in analyzing sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for review by management
