Air pollution takes more than 7 Million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature children's death occurs due to air pollution in developing countries. Praan is an attempt at making the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for the generations to come.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements and problems in collaboration with business teams and software engineers.
- Strategizing and designing marketing materials like brochures, pamphlets, fliers, infomercials, and advertisements for print or broadcast media.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Research, establish and utilize visuals that strategically convey Praan’s message.
- Create design solutions, concepts, and sample layouts creatively.
- Creating original graphic designs. (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Creating visualizations that show insights from large data sets.
- Conceptualizing and creating animations to enhance the storytelling and user experience across different platforms.
- Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Create functional prototypes of software working alongside web developers.
- Adhere to the visual systems including brand identity, production quality, and style guide
- Design regular social media updates for customer engagement and investor updates Analyze and capture interest of different customer bases for the products with relevant content.**Skill Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design preferably. (Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Design)
- Strong understanding of the market and creating content for social media, website, brochures etc. related to it.
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media platforms.
- Experience of 1 year as a communication designer or illustrator, preferably for B2B/enterprise startups.
- Experience in design software like Adobe suite - Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects.
- Experience on AI/CDR/Premier Pro, Figma.
- Flexibility and open to suggestions and feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization skills, communication skills & problem-solving skills.

**Good to Have**
- Past experience working with a deep-tech hardware startup
- Past experience with videography.
- Past experience working with a design team
- Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
