This role provides an exciting opportunity to join the Atlas Copco Group - Brand Studio as a Visual Communication Designer, based in Pune, India.

Brand Studio is the Global Communication Competence Centre for the Atlas Copco Group, comprising a team of passionate professionals, including strategists, designers, visualizers, copywriters, art directors, motion graphic designers, presentation designer, 3D designers, and social media experts.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer to strengthen our team. You will develop creative ideas, concepts and material based on customer briefs. You are expected to elevate ideas and add innovations that meets and exceeds business objectives.

Together with the Art Director you will ensure the development of high-end communication, branding and graphic design solutions aligned to brand position and visual identity. Once the design is approved you will be responsible for its execution.

You will be expected to take full ownership of the design process to ensure that timelines and expectations are met. You should have a strong brand understanding and experience from corporate branding.

**About the role**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphic designs for a wide range of digital and print materials, including brand identity, advertisements, brochures, facility branding, posters, social media content, and more.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with the organization's branding guidelines.
- Create custom illustrations, infographics, and artwork to enhance content and storytelling.
- Develop original visual assets that communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas, keeping our creative output fresh and innovative.
- Create storyboards or visual representations of conceptual ideas.
- Work within project scopes to meet deadlines and expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborates with other creative teams to share learning and experience and suggest ideas that will improve creative output.
- Timely deliver work, incorporating feedback from the art directors, clients, or team members.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards constructive criticism, using feedback as a tool for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI and ensure that our digital communication is in line with industry standards.

**What we expect of you**:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a relevant field of design work, preferably in an independent role.
- International experience is an advantage, either through work abroad or through working with international companies and customers.
- Degree in Communication Design or equivalent experience or gained relevant experience through work.
- Advanced user of the Adobe Creative suite as well as additional design software, tools and equipment. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required. Additional software knowledge about Adobe aftereffects, Adobe premiere, Adobe XD is an added advantage.
- Comfortable in a windows base work environment.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
- Good presentation skills.
- Experience from creative agency work will be an advantage.
