**Role Description**

Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement. Work includes: -Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creating plans for implementation -utilising comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business -Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk -Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions -Communicating changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls

**Your key responsibilities**

Helping to start the operations to supports DB Digital asset custody service. Knowledge on creating process flow and workflow. Worked with workstations (gui’s) to be able in word and writing what you need from an operational process to support this business. And to support the RTB service as soon as started. And to support the project structure and the administration around it.

**Your skills and experience**

Analytic skills, knowledge or interested in digital currencies as Bit coin, already experienced with custody as a product. Experience with workflow tools.

Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in a Banking domain with Clearing and Settlement processing.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners and Stakeholders along with maintaining product backlogs and driving release content throughout via prioritized stories.
- Good knowledge of Clearing, Settlements and SWIFT will be a pre.
- Ability to work in a Matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies.
- Understanding of agile (scrum) methodology
- Experience in conceptualization and solution definition
- Good analytical and problem-solving experience
- Broad knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplace
- Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
- Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
- Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness.
