**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for our clients to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Create and curate compelling and high-quality content across various social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and customer inquiries.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using data to optimize campaigns and measure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple social media accounts and delivering successful campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
