_**Key responsibilities**:_
- _- Visit client sites to advise on software use_
- _- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support_
- _- Train new staff on software and strengthen their technical abilities_
- _- Collect feedback and insights from clients to improve software use_
- _- Develop and deliver user trainings to maximize product performance_
- _- Create and review user documentation and provide ongoing technical support_
- _- Monitor software performance to ensure optimal usage_
- _- Liaise with developers to rectify any issues with software_
- **Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**_
- _BE, BCA Degree in Computer Science or related technical stream_
- _Good knowledge of IIS, Client/Server deployment, Connectivity issues troubleshooting, crystal reports, patch updates,_
- _Basic knowledge of programming language (Java, VB.NET) and web and CS architecture/data flow, SQL (MSSQL, MYSQL)_
- _Proven experience as an Operations Executive or related role_
- _Familiarity with software development and usage_
- _Strong operational and technical expertise_
- _Excellent communication, documentation, reporting skills and interpersonal skills_
- _Abilitytoproblem-solve and troubleshoot, able to work in 24x7 environment._
- _Proven track record of client satisfaction_
- _Organizational and multitasking abilities_
- _Comfort working with multiple groups within business_

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
