**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of Architectural Hardware products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new leads through various channels.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Architectural Hardware products to meet their requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the company's reach.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the hardware industry.
- Proven track record of at least 1 years in B2B sales, preferably in the architectural hardware industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**:

- Salary Range: INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 (plus Incentives)
