**Requirements**:
Solid experience in a Leadership, Recruiting, Human Resources and Marketing position. Self-driven and competitive in nature. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional, remote office environment. Possesses strong communication skills and integrity. Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships. Goal-oriented

**Experience**
- High Level of Technology understanding to be able to work with technology consultants and with client requirements. Able to coordinate with consultants to identify their strengths based on the requirements.
- Full understanding of marketing strategies of consultant’s skillsets utilizing social media, job portals, current contacts, and strong ability to make new connections with current skillsets
- Proven experience to work with clients to be able to sell/market current consultants and skillsets. Excellent drive to follow up with clients on all pending pipeline opportunities and create new pipeline opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge to ATS systems and full utilization of technology to streamline your business.
- Very Strong ability to maintain and manage a very large pipeline of direct client submissions and first tier vendor submissions.

- Maintain strong relationship with employee/consultant while on the project.
- Maintain strong relationship with client during our contact engagement and monthly discussions of employee/consultant while on the project to make sure we are maintaining a high level of performance.
- Must have excellent experience and knowledge of H1B transfers to our company.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹82,235.00 per month
