**Responsibilities**:
Own the coding/design of a sub-module

Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions

Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead

Implement the critical parts of the module

Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases, and project mgmt processes are followed

Mentor the junior programmers

Peer and junior programmer's code review

Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with mínimal guidance.

**Requirements**:
Strong experience in developing backend systems

Backend Exp: Preferred prior experience in stack React, NodeJS.

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)
