Job Responsibilities/KRAs:

- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and align technology solutions accordingly.

- Collaborate with the sales/pre-sales team to understand client requirements, create solutions, technological views, and participate in client presentations.

- Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and solution documents that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.

- Partner with the delivery team to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery phase, including solution handover and knowledge transfer.

- 10+ years of experience in IT Industry, with 4+ years of expertise in Integration, Microservices & API Design, Development & Deployment.

- Design and architect microservices-based solutions that enable scalability, flexibility, and agility.

- Deep understanding of integration patterns, including synchronous, asynchronous, message queues, and event-driven architectures.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of microservices and API solutions.

- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go for developing microservices and APIs.

- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for building interactive user interfaces.

- Experience in leading solutions around API gateway technologies such as MuleSoft, Apigee, AWS Cloud API Gateway, Azure API Gateway, and WSO2 etc.

- Ability to design cloud-native solutions leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for managing containerized applications in the cloud.

- Familiarity with data streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis for real-time data processing.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps for automating software delivery processes.

- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for automating infrastructure provisioning and management.

- Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts for integrating intelligent features into applications.

- Strong knowledge of API security protocols, authentication, authorization mechanisms, encryption, OAuth, and API key management.

- A passion to drive and experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices

- Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations related to APIs, data privacy, and security.

- Drive innovation by experimenting with new technologies to identify opportunities for business benefit.

- Implement best practices for API Design, cloud security, compliance, and governance.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for automating infrastructure deployment.

Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications etc.,

Must Have:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Prior experience in a pre-sales or solutions architect role is highly desirable.

3. Proven track record of designing and presenting complex technical solutions to clients.

4. Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and software development technologies.

5. In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture patterns, API design principles, and integration technologies.

6. Technical proficiency in cloud-native technologies, containerization, and API management platforms.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

8. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

9. Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

10. Certifications in relevant technologies and architectures are a plus.

Good to Have: Insurance domain knowledge.
