Role Proficiency:

- Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency.
- Translate the UX design into interaction prototypes and artefacts.
- Assists in the collection of client requirements.
- Participate in user research and generate end-user insights under the guidance of leads and specialists.
- Assists in analysing user research data assists in writing report and communicating results to UX and Design team.
- Assists converting research findings into actionable results.
- Executes user testing remote testing paper prototype testing iterative prototype testing and concept testing.
- Design and provide recommendations for enhancements as needed.
- Adheres to standards and processes help others follow the processes
- Mentor Junior Designers

Collaborates with other members in the pursuit of common missions vision values and mutual goals.

POSITION DESCRIPTION UX Designer EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED: - two or more years of proven UX design experience - Should experience providing UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms - Should be capable of investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets - Should be able to Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand - Should be capable of producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. - Should have ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. - Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive web design. - Proficient with visual design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, Project, Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of wireframe tools - Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages - Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. - Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. - Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. - Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. - Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets - Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work. - Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. - Experience with user testing and usability analysis
