We are seeking a creative and dynamic Influencer Marketer to join our team and drive influencer marketing initiatives for our clothing brand. As an Influencer Marketer, you will be responsible for collaborating with influencers to create compelling content that showcases our brand's style, values, and products. Your goal will be to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales through strategic influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Influencer Identification and Outreach**: Research and identify fashion influencers whose style and audience align with our brand. Develop relationships and partnerships with influencers to collaborate on marketing campaigns.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**: Create and execute influencer marketing strategies that highlight our clothing brand's unique selling points and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content, including outfit posts, styling tips, and fashion lookbooks.
- **Content Creation and Management**: Work closely with influencers to produce high-quality and visually appealing content that showcases our clothing collections. Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates our brand story and key messages.
- **Campaign Management and Coordination**: Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and campaign scheduling. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and e-commerce to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- **Performance Tracking and Optimization**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and industry contacts. Stay informed about influencer trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously refine our influencer marketing strategy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
