About The Role: The Growth Executive will support the team with B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners.

This role is based in Delhi-NCR.

Responsibilities: Ideating and executive frameworks that will help grow the business vertical. Create frameworks for Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities. Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences Executing marketing strategies that will grow the brand equity in the market. Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective partner information Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources Creating content, blogs, organizing webinars etc for prospective partners. Developing, executing and improving processes that will scale up revenue. Requirements & Qualifications: Coachability, willingness to learn and ambition to become future leaders Experience - 0.5 to 2 years preferably in startup environment - Ed tech, school education or sports management Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other tools Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
