**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for completion of state tax compliance for pass-through entities (Real Estate clients).
- Analyze and review information provided by the client and US/USI engagement teams before, during and after preparation.
- Coordinate with RSM US and USI engagement teams in getting the assigned work done.
- Prepare extensions, estimates, withholding and composite tax calculations, and associated state return filings.
- Research and resolve technical state and local tax issues.
- Prepare state matrices and other client deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance) from an accredited college/university
- 1+ year of current or recent experience in public accounting or tax department
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Able to manage multiple engagements
- US tax compliance experience/background required
