As a Finance Officer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this mission by partnering with the Reveal Health Tech team to innovate and deliver cutting-edge services to clients in the healthcare space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to help inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Work with team members across departments to identify financial concerns and develop solutions that align with company goals.
- Participate in the development and execution of long-term financial strategies and plans.
- Provide administrative support to both US and India entities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of financial software and systems, we currently use ZohoBooks
- Exposure to US Payroll principles is a plus
- Understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
