As a Health Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and market share in the health insurance sector. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
