Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for sales outreach.

Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication and follow-up.

Present and demonstrate Styflowne Finance Services' products and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Collaborate with internal teams to customize sales proposals and solutions to meet client needs and objectives.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are in line with company policies and objectives.

Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to management.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a focus on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work remotely and manage own schedule effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a sales freelancer or consultant.

Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, insurance, investments, and wealth management.

Familiarity with sales strategies and tactics in the financial services industry.

Experience with virtual sales techniques and remote client engagement.

Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar credentials.
