**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical drone training sessions in accordance with DGCA regulations.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, course outlines, and instructional videos.
- Assess and evaluate the competence of trainees through written tests, practical exams, and flight demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest drone technologies, regulations, and industry practices.
- Ensure all training drones and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
- Assist trainees in understanding the legal, ethical, and operational aspects of drone piloting.
- Coordinate with the DGCA and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all training operations.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees to enhance their career development in the drone industry.
- Manage and report on trainee progress and course effectiveness to senior management.
- Participate in safety audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified by the DGCA with a valid Drone Pilot Instructor license.
- Proven experience as a drone pilot with a strong understanding of drone mechanics and technology.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in developing educational content and training modules.
- Proficient in the use of drone simulation software.
- Background in aviation or related fields.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
