Aakash Aerospace is on the lookout for a passionate and experiencedĀ Master TrainerĀ to join our esteemed team of RPTO (Remote Pilot Training Organization) trainers. If you're ready to inspire and train the next generation of drone pilots, we want to hear from you

Role: Master Trainer ā€“ RPTO Small and MediumEligibility Criteria:

āœ”ļøĀ Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in Aviation, Engineering, or related fields preferred.

āœ”ļøĀ Certifications:

  • Valid DGCA-certified Remote Pilot Instructor (RPI) license is mandatory. (small & medium )
  • Additional certifications in drone operations or aviation training will be an advantage.

āœ”ļøĀ Experience:

  • Minimum 20Hrs of hands-on experience in drone operations, training.
  • Proven track record of delivering training sessions to groups of trainees.

āœ”ļøĀ Skills:

  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and drone operational safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
