**Responsibilities**:
- Taking ownership and responsibility for completion of cases allotted to you-
- Following up with Field Executive to get visit done & get reports- Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM- Assisting team members for other office work- Taking ownership of work assigned to you and delivering before the due date**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in the industry- Bachelor's degree preferred- At least 1+ years spent working in back office/operations work- Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge- Previous experience as Aadhaar operator will be an advantage
