**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Model Development: Create and develop 3D models of airport buildings, structures, and infrastructure using BIM software (such as Revit)
- Ensure models accurately represent architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to integrate their inputs into the BIM model.
- Incorporate relevant data and information into the BIM model, including material specifications, cost estimates, and scheduling data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the BIM environment.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably on airport projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software - Revit and Autocad
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, and other construction-related systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and protocols related to BIM.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
