**About Job**

We are working toward expanding our horizons now to the Mechatronics domain, for which we require a team, who is enthusiastic and well adverse in the domain. We have made a brand by creating a difference in the life of students from the Design, EV, Mechatronics and Data Science domain. Now we aim to perform the same if not better in the Mechatronics domain.

Being a Mechatronics mentor at ETG, means exploring the domain to the fullest, being a part of knowledge sharing activity and in the process having personal as well as professional growth. Getting access to numerous resources at ETG in terms of programs which are industry grade helps you utilise your skills to the fullest. Last but not the least, working with like-minded people gives birth to creative and innovative ideas, so become an inspiration to millions of students by being a part of ETG family

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- You will be working with a team of highly qualified, engineers to train students on specific skill-sets.
- You will be responsible for researching the latest trends in the Mechatronics domain, and exploring possibilities for the development of courses.
- You will be interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board for the development of courses.
- You will be creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
- You will be responsible for resolving any queries or problems that the students face while doing the coursework and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of Mechatronics.
- You will be managing the existing courses by evaluating each individual course's performance and suggesting improvements and implementing them.
- You will be responsible for providing support material for the course in the form of written documents or videos.
- You will be responsible to evaluate the work done by the student and provide constructive feedback.
- You will be responsible for developing the skill required to crack an interview for a student.
- You will be conducting technical counselling sessions with students for career development.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong fundamental knowledge of different concepts in robotics, IoT, embedded systems, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency with any one of the programming languages such as c, c++, or python.
- Understand the working of electronic devices, sensors and their support systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
