**About Job**:
We are working toward expanding our horizons now to the Design domain, for which we require a team, who is enthusiastic and well adverse in the domain. We have made a brand by creating a difference in the life of students from Design, EV, mechatronics and Data science domain. Now we aim to perform the same if not better in the Design domain.

Being a Design mentor at ETG, means exploring the domain to the fullest, being a part of knowledge sharing activity and in the process having personal as well as professional growth. **Roles and responsibilities**:

- You will be working with a team of highly qualified, engineers to train students on specific skill-sets
- You will be responsible for researching the latest trends in the Design domain, and exploring possibilities for the development of courses.
- You will be interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board for the development of courses.
- You will be creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
- You will be responsible for resolving any queries or problems that the students face while doing the coursework and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of Design.
- You will be managing the existing courses by evaluating each individual course's performance and suggesting improvements and implementing them.
- You will be responsible for providing support material for the course in the form of written documents or videos.
- You will be responsible to evaluate the work done by the student and provide constructive feedback.
- You will be responsible for developing the skill required to crack an interview for a student.
- You will be conducting technical counselling sessions with students for their overall development.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Basic Knowledge of mechanical design techniques such as DFMEA, FMEA, GD&T etc.
- Experience working with Software tools such as Solidworks, CATIA, Creo, etc.
- Strong knowledge of engineering mechanics, calculation-based design, etc.

- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Be willing to take charge/responsibility and work towards completing the goal.
- Have prior experience in teaching/training as a student/fresher/working professional.
- Team player - able to connect to members of various roles in the organization.
- An analytical mindset, research, and exploration skills.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and take the initiative with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
