Job Title**:Tender and Quotation Specialist for Fire and Safety Services**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Document Preparation**:
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed tender documents, including technical specifications, terms and conditions, and pricing schedules.
- Ensure all tender documents comply with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- **Form Filling**:
- Accurately complete all necessary forms for tender submissions, ensuring all required information is provided.
- Use software tools to automate and enhance the accuracy of form filling.
- **Pricing and Cost Estimation**:
- Develop detailed cost estimates for fire and safety services, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
- Use cost estimation software to create accurate pricing models and forecasts.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze historical data and market trends to inform pricing strategies and improve the accuracy of cost estimates.
- Generate reports on tender performance, pricing competitiveness, and other relevant metrics.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) to gather necessary information for tender and quotation preparation.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates on tender progress.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure all tender documents and quotations meet company quality standards and are free from errors.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire and Safety Services ,Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tender preparation, form filling, or cost estimation in the fire and safety services industry.
- Proven experience in managing tenders and quotations for complex projects.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in using tendering and cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, BuildSoft, CostX).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of fire and safety industry standards and regulations.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
