**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- **Invoicing**:

- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in sales orders, contracts, and pricing.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment-related matters.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.

**Accounts Payable**:

- **Invoice Verification**:

- Review and verify accuracy of vendor invoices.
- Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices to process payments.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Prepare and process payments to vendors through checks, wire transfers, or electronic methods.
- Ensure all payment documentation is accurate and complies with company policies.
- **Vendor Communication**:

- Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- **Expense Reports**:

- Reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
