**Job brief**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Able to handle a full set of accounts, to ensure timely preparation of AR invoice and examination of monthly accounts for submission to Management and to a holding company with a tight deadline.
- Able to handle vendor management, expense booking along with TDS Deduction and Payment of Vendors.
- Able to manage receipt from the Customers and booking in ERP.
- Timely and accurate reporting of monthly/quarterly management accounts in accordance with UAE Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Preparing and analysing budgets
- Providing accurate financial reports to management
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.

**Preferred Qualification & Experience**:
A university Graduate/Post Graduate in accounting and finance having Experience of Minimum 3 Year.

Travel Industry Background (Added Advantage)

Hands on Oracle & Tally (Added Advantage)

Cognos Reporting (Added Advantage)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of industry standard accounting principles, best practices, and procedures.
- Proven experience with process documentation of accounting procedures and internal controls in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to create a cost/expense allocation to appropriately share expenses across various projects, business units, reporting entities.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Knowledge of financial consolidations, eliminations, and segment reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret accounting rules and guidance as well as perform research and conduct investigations as necessary.
- Excellent written and speaking skills including preparation and presentation of verbal and written reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Establish effective working relationships with others to successfully lead, mentor, coach, and motivate.
- Demonstration of the highest level of integrity and trust.
